Items ordered on this website are supplied by ZU Direct Limited t/a NSP(UK) (hereafter referred to as ‘the company’) who are the authorised importers of Nature’s Sunshine’s products in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

The products advertised in the Web Site are intended for sale to persons dealing as consumers, and are not for re-sale. The range of nutritional supplements we provide are scientifically formulated for the maintenance of good health when taken in conjunction with a healthy, well balanced diet. Nutritional Supplements should not be taken as a substitute for a well balanced diet.

a) NSP(UK) has made every effort to ensure that information contained within this web site is accurate. We do not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential) that may arise from reliance on information contained in the Web Site or in respect of any error or omission. This does not affect your statutory rights.

a) NSP(UK) reserve the right to make changes including but not limited to, product names, codes and formulations without notice. NSP(UK) may alter or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability of any product is subject to change.

a) By ordering on this website you are making a statement that you are aged 18 years or older and are capable of forming a legally binding contract.

b) You may order products from the Web Site by submitting a completed order form through the check out procedure, and submitting payment for that order, including relevant shipping charges, by credit or debit card.

c) The company will send an email acknowledging the receipt of your order, to the email address you have provided.

d) Your contract to purchase the items will not be complete until we dispatch your items.

a) The price shown includes VAT where applicable, but does not include the cost of shipping/delivery.

b) Delivery Charges will be added to order.  The Delivery Charge varies in accordance with the value of your order, and the delivery address location. Delivery charges are indicated during the checkout procedure, before you submit your payment.

c) Payment may be made by credit card or debit card when submitting your order. Accepted credit cards are notified prior to payment, and include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro/Switch, Delta and Solo. Any refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase.

d) Although every care is taken to provide accurate information in this site, there may occasionally be an error in pricing. In this event we will contact you by email, to ask if you wish to proceed with the order, or if you would prefer to cancel the order. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.

Delivery charges will be added to the cost of your items where applicable.  In the case of returned items, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

b) Generally you should expect to receive delivery within 5 working days.  Next day delivery to a UK address can be arranged at extra cost, when the order is placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday.  Next day deliveries placed on Fridays would be delivered on the following Monday. 

a) The company will arrange for delivery of your order to the address that you have specified during the checkout procedure.

c) If you do not take delivery of the products, or you supply inadequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund to you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay the delivery charge.

d) If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you, for whatever reason, you will be responsible for any repeat delivery costs.

e) Notification of short delivery (measured by number) or damage in transit must be made by calling NSP(UK) Head Office on 01952 671600, within three days of the receipt of the goods. 

f) Notification of non-delivery must be made by calling NSP(UK) Head Office on 01952 671600, within 14 days after the date on which the order was placed. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

a) You have the right to cancel your order anytime up to 14 days after delivery of the goods. To do so you must make a clear statement of your wish to cancel, in writing, via email to or by letter to the UK Head Office, at the address shown at the top of the page. The cancellation notification should state your name, address, account number, and order number.

b) Provided that any goods that you have received under the cancelled contract have been returned to the company, at your own expense, complete and in good condition within 14 days of your cancellation, you will be entitled to receive a full refund. Any refund will be made back to the same card used to make the purchase.  There are no fees for reimbursement.

c) If you exercise your right of cancellation it is a term of the contract that you must return the goods to NSP(UK) Unit 5, Hortonwood 32, Telford, Shropshire TF1 7YL within 14 days. The goods must be unopened and unused. If after cancellation you fail to return the products within 14 days, we will charge you for the items. Your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will not be affected.

a) All returns must be authorised in advance by NSP(UK) Customer Service Department. Please call 01952 671600 or email for a 'Returned Goods Authorisation' (RGA) number.

b) All RGA numbers should be clearly marked on the outside of any package that is returned to NSP(UK) Head Office. Packages returned to NSP(UK) without a visible (RGA) number will not qualify for a refund and such packages cannot be returned to the sender.

By law your products must correspond with their description, be of satisfactory quality and be reasonably fit for the purposes for which such goods are normally used.  In addition to these legal rights and to your legal right of cancellation as shown above, NSP(UK) offer a no quibble, guarantee.

For consumers who have made a purchase for personal use and, for whatever reason, are not totally satisfied with their product, NSP(UK) offer a 90-day money back guarantee.  If you wish to return products under the 90-day guarantee please follow the procedures set out above, explaining that you would like to take up the 90 day money back guarantee, and return either your unused product or empty container to NSP(UK) Head Office. 

Please remember to get a returns number by following the Returns Policy Procedure and include with your returned items your name, address, order number, and account number (if applicable).  If the item was sold to you directly by an NSP(UK) Reseller, please include the name of the NSP(UK) Reseller who sold you the item(s).

NSP(UK) reserve the right to cancel the order and/or contract for reasons that may include, but are not limited to:

a) The company has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or the item is on back order.
b) We are unable to deliver to your area, or country.
c) One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, or an error in pricing information supplied to us.

If we cancel your order/contract we will notify you by email and refund any sum deducted from your credit or debit card, back to the same card as soon as possible. 

There is no binding contract unless and until the goods are dispatched.  We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

b) The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to any contract between us, so that no contractual rights are conferred on third parties.

c) Any contract between us shall incorporate these terms and conditions and be under English law. If there is any dispute, the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Total satisfaction: NSP(UK) is confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if you are not totally satisfied, please contact our customer services department on, or write to Customer Services, NSP(UK), Unit 5, Hortonwood 32, Telford TF1 7YL, Shropshire, UK. In accordance with our aim of total customer satisfaction, we will acknowledge any complaint within 48 hours (during normal office hours 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday) and will seek to resolve it as soon as possible thereafter.

The Company is registered as a 'data controller' with the Information Commissioner in the UK under registration number ZA041651.

1. You agree that we may retain and process any personal information you provide to us, (whether on the order form or in other communications) including without limitation, information relating to your name, contact details and financial information: (a) in connection with processing your order or application, including but not limited to (i) information/product requests; (ii) informing you of new business opportunities and/or products; (b) for accounting purposes, internal administration and analysis; (c) for the prevention of fraud; and (d) for any purpose required by law or regulation (the “Purposes”)

2. You agree we may contact you by post, fax, email or telephone.

3. You agree that information may be passed to any third parties appointed by the Company (see below) both in the USA and other countries outside the EEA, which may not provide the same level of protection for your personal information.

4. In the future if the Company sells its business or assets, you agree it may disclose, sell, assign or licence any information (including personally identifiable information) to third parties as a result of or in preparation for the sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, reorganisation or liquidation of the Company.

We are committed to protecting your personal information and we do not share, sell, rent or distribute personal data to or with third parties with the exception of the transfer of such information to third parties appointed by us in connection with the performance of the Purposes and we will not disclose personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes unless you have consented to this.
